The
final step is to install the ejector rod.
If you take a closer
look at the ejector rod you will notice one end has
been flattened out. This end keeps the ejector rod from
sliding all the way through the recoil plate.
Slide the normal end
of the ejector rod, marked green, through the rear of
the recoil plate and into the ejector rod hole on the
bolt. When the flattened end of the ejector rod is against
the recoil plate it will not slide further.

did this correctly then the recoil assembly should look
some thing like this. |

And that’s
